Hi, I'm Maria "Tess" Bustos, a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor - and more importantly, someone who truly understands the restaurant grind. I may be a healthcare professional by background, but my heart has always been in numbers and food. I spent over 6 years in the restaurant industry, working behind the scenes managing inventory, food costs, pricing, and menu development. I know firsthand what it's like to juggle food orders, staffing, and bills - all before the first ticket even prints.
